We're providing an opportunity for our PHMSA players to work with our Diablo Valley College Women Goalkeepers over the course of the Fall season.

Starting September 20th we will be running our keeper clinics every Wednesday and Thursday until October 5th at Pleasant Oaks South field. We will be offering spaces to the following age groups for both Boys and Girls. 

U8 - 4pm-5pm
U10 - 5pm-6pm
U12 - 6pm-7pm

 

This program will provide an opportunity for players to gain a confidence and understanding of the goalkeeping position in preparation for their soccer season and beyond.

 

These goalkeeper clinics will offer a variation of :- First contact with the ball, the first steps in goal. Progressive learning of goalkeeping techniques such as, handling, distribution with hands and feet, diving saves and footwork. Physical Preparation such as - endurance, speed and coordination. Psychological Preparation such as - goalkeeper positioning and responsibilities.
