Playground & Schoolyard – for our littlest players! AYSO’s Playground/Schoolyard is a child development program. The objective of this program is to help develop a child’s Fundamental Motor Skills (FMS) in collaboration with parents and guardians, using soccer as a common thread. Season starts in September.
6U – 19U Fall Core – PHMSA’s Fall Core Program is a recreational soccer league open to players of all skill levels. Kids learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and soccer fundamentals in a fun, family-friendly environment. The season consists of practices, Saturday matches, and for players 10U and up our PHMSA Tournament! Season starts in August.

AGE GROUP UPDATE
Starting in the 2026-27 season, AYSO will determine age groups using a seasonal year (August 1 – July 31) instead of a calendar year (read the announcement). This change aligns with other youth soccer organizations and helps players stay with classmates and friends.
As a result of this transition, some players may remain in the same age group they were in last season for a third year, while others may move up to the next age group after only one season.

EPIC – EVERYONE PLAYS IN OUR COMMUNITY
The mission of the AYSO EPIC Program is to provide a quality soccer experience for players with physical or neurodiverse special needs. EPIC volunteers are trained to understand the needs and abilities of individual players, providing positive coaching to enhance player experience. EPIC is run in and around the Concord area.
The EPIC program provides a quality soccer experience for children and adults whose physical or mental challenges prevent them from successful participation on mainstream teams. EPIC teams may include individuals with down syndrome, developmental delays, autism, cerebral palsy, vision impairments, or other conditions that limit mobility, strength, and/or comprehension.
